Hazel Richardson

Hazel Richardson, 86, of Gilchrist, died Tuesday, October 25, 2005 at her son’s home in Gilchrist. Services will be Friday at 2:00 pm at Speer Funeral Home, Aledo. Burial will be in Aledo Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 4 to 8 pm the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Hazel Richardson Memorial Fund. Hazel was born on March 11, 1919 in Lakeman, Missouri to Francis & Emma (Engle) Kincaid. She married Orville Lee Richardson on November 17, 1934 in Viola, IL. He preceded her in death on May 7, 2000. Hazel enjoyed camping, fishing, bingo and especially spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a devoted homemaker. Hazel is survived by her children and spouses: Delores Brown of Lanagan, MO; Francis & Marlene Richardson; Fred & Sandy Richardson; Linda Richardson; Joyce Gunsallus and Marian & Howard Jones all of Gilchrist; 22 granchildren; Many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; four children: Leona Lundeen, Carol Jean Richardson and 2 sons in infancy; a grandson, David L. Richardson; 2 sisters,Jean Litwiler and Alice Mae Kincaid and a brother, Charlie Kincaid.
