Grace M. Lutrell

Funeral services for Grace L. Lutrell, 85, of Mount Dora, Florida, formerly of Aledo will be Saturday, December 3rd at 11:00 AM at Speer Funeral Home, Aledo. The Rev. Carl Stoldt will officiate. Burial will be in Aledo Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 4 to 7 PM at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Grace died on Friday, November 25, 2005 at the Hospice House of Lake & Sumter Co, Tavares, Florida. Grace was born on June 26, 1920 in Richland Grove Township, Mercer County, Illinois to Ernest F. & Lex ( Parker) Nelson. After marrying Robert Lutrell on July 29, 1943, they spent many years as proprietors of grocery stores in Aledo. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Marjorie, and husband, Robert, September 17, 2001. Grace attended the College Avenue Presbyterian Church while residing in Aledo and maintained membership with the VFW Post 1571 Ladies Auxiliary. Grace is survived by her children: James & Ellen Lutrell, Jean Lutrell of Orlando, granddaughters: Jennifer & Dr. Jonathan Scott, Jackson, MS, Kelly Lutrell, Orlando, and a nephew Ernest John & Sandi Workman, Phoenix, AZ.
