Connie M. Lemon

Connie Lemon, 60 of Aledo, died Thursday at her home. Private family services will be held at a later date in Sugar Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be made in Connie’s name for her granddaughter’s education. Speer Funeral Home, Aledo is assisting the family. Connie Marie was born on January 28, 1956 to Lee Maynard & Eva Alma (Crook) Lemon. She was a 1974 graduate of Aledo High School. Connie was in sales with WRMJ for 13 years. She also loved spending time in the Mountains and on the farm. Connie loved her animals, especially chickens. She cherished the time spent with her three granddaughters. Those left to cherish Connie’s memory include her companion of 28 years, Phil Duncan; a son and daughter-in-law, Jason & Cathleen Monson of Reynolds and their daughters, Mikayla, Caidel and Addison; her siblings: Tom & Sandy Lemon of Indiana and Yvonne & Ronald Hutchins of Aledo and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Lonny & Dan Lemon.
