Brenda Marie Ott

Brenda M. Ott, 60 of East Moline, died Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline. Graveside services are Friday at 2:00 PM at Aledo Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family. Speer Funeral Home, Aledo is assisting the family.

Brenda Marie was born on December 16, 1959 in Aledo, Illinois to Harold O. & Nan (Hagan) Ott. She was employed with Service Rubber in Rock Island for many years. Her true joy in life came from caring for children. Brenda enjoyed fishing, boating, Blues music and going to the Casino.

Brenda is survived by her father, Harold of East Moline; siblings: Rick Ott of Rock Island; Randy Ott of Rockford; Lori & Robert Kays of Moline; sister-in-law, Sara Ott of Reynolds; special friend Sue Wilson; God-child, Sara Flowers and many nieces and nephews. Brenda was preceded in death by her mother; brother, Kyle in 2019 and special friend, John Flowers.
