Richard D. Raine

Richard D. Raine, 69, of New Boston, died Sunday, June 19, 2022 at Aledo Rehab and Healthcare Center. Graveside services will be Thursday at 12:30 PM at the New Boston Cemetery, New Boston, Illinois. Visitation is Thursday from 10 to 12 PM at Speer Funeral Home, Aledo. Memorials may be made to the Raine Family. Condolences may be left at speerfuneralhome.com.

Richard was born on June 18, 1953 in Missouri to Norman & Julia May (Sisler) Raine. He married Susan Smith on May 12, 1970. She preceded him in death on November 15, 2021.

Rick was a self-employed mechanic, who loved working on cars. He enjoyed collecting, especially his bobble heads and toy cars.

Rick is survived by his 5 brothers: David, Terry, Roy, Rodger and Jeff Raine and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Susan.
